As a trusted subcontractor to PwC, ABM Consultants LLC played a strategic role in supporting the digital transformation initiative for Sierra Space, a leader in aerospace innovation. Our engagement focused on delivering a comprehensive SAP S/4HANA solution through a Greenfield implementation under the SAP RISE model.
Leveraging our in-depth SAP expertise and a hands-on approach, we delivered a seamless, secure, and scalable SAP environment hosted on HEC (HANA Enterprise Cloud). This modernization initiative empowered Sierra Space with real-time analytics, streamlined operations, and an integrated digital core to support complex aerospace engineering and business processes.

The Challenge Of Project
The Sierra Space SAP implementation project required a highly skilled team capable of managing complex integration and deployment scenarios in a regulated, high-security environment. ABM Consultants addressed the following core components:
- Pre-Implementation Support: Conducted detailed data gathering and captured user stories to shape business requirements and system design for SAP S/4HANA 2022.
- Greenfield Implementation: Successfully implemented SAP RISE with S/4HANA 2022, including SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN) 7.2 SP07, SCM, and BPC, on a shared HEC infrastructure.
- Advanced Integration: Integrated SAP HANA into multiple remote systems to ensure data consistency, availability, and performance across the enterprise.
- BI and Analytics Setup: Configured SAP BusinessObjects 4.2 with Data Services (DS) and Lumira 2.1 for enhanced reporting, visualization, and analytics — all powered by Sybase 16.2 PL7.
These efforts were delivered with a focus on speed, precision, and compliance, aligning closely with Sierra Space’s mission to lead innovation in space technology.
